Who We Are:

We are an organization that hosts Bass fishing tournaments. Through these tournaments we raise funds for selected children’s hospitals in each state where we establish a tournament trail. Our goal is to form a tournament trail in each state to benefit a selected children’s hospital.

How we get our word out

Team Bass USA, Inc. advertises the tournament trails through the Team Bass USA website, local radio, local television, newspapers, fishing magazines, Internet links, newsletters and promotions through its sponsors. Sponsors may submit their logos and corporate banners to be displayed at the tournaments for the purpose of advertising their products and services.

About our members:

We like to encourage both men and women to participate. We currently have teams consisting of friends, husband and wives, and father and sons. We always welcome any new team that would like to join us.We like whole families to get involved – and have children assist with the tournament weigh-ins and the staff. Children old enough to join – can be ½ of a team!

For the kids:

We are currently planning to organize children’s programs related to fishing and conservation within the children’s hospitals and establish children’s tournaments. The children’s tournaments will be implemented for the purpose of winning educational scholarships.

Our tournaments:

Each state that we host a tournament trails holds 4 or more tournaments a season. Members participate and earn points depending on placement and showing up to fish (all teams that fish are guaranteed 50 points). At the end of the season, Team Bass hosts both a Regional and National Championship. Those who qualify for the Regional can qualify to fish the National event. Team Bass also awards an Angler of the Year award as well.

Fees Associated with Our tournaments

‘Membership is $25.00 per member per each year you remain a member. Membership cards are presented yearly. You must be a member in order to fish tournaments. (Teams are permitted to sub with permission of the director)

Entry fees for the tournaments are $150.00 per team or $75.00 per person. We try our best to launch from areas without fees, but sometimes a launch fee is unavoidable.

We also boast a lunker tournament in addition to the regular tournament. Each team may put in the $10.00 lunker fee (this is not mandatory) and the team with the Lunker at the end of the day takes home 100% of the Lunker prize money.

* PA currently offers a Lunker only tournament in addition to the regular Team Bass tournaments.

How we recognize our members:

It is important to Team Bass USA, Inc. that the anglers and sponsors receive as much publicity as possible. The fishing industry within the United States is estimated at over 80 billion dollars.

Winners of tournaments will receive recognition by having their photos posted on the Team Bass USA website and through other website links including newspapers and announcements where info about Team Bass is located!

Where else can you fish a tournament series and know that part of your tournament fee goes towards a designated children’s hospital in that state? You are giving children who might not have a future a chance………YOU will help to make a difference in their life!

We always accept new members, We are currently looking for directors in states where we don’t currently have trails, and sponsors. We are non profit – so we rely on sponsorship and member dues to keep our organization growing strong.
